+6 Star place here. Forget the crybabies, this place is a gem. And for the price, even better. Comfortable, heaters work great, one on McDonald's room another on the bath, well organized and plenty of room for me and my wife's suitcases. No coffee, true, but right across the street is a clean AM/PM with 10 assortments of coffee. This place is a great effort of staff to make your stay comfortable. JW
−Hmmmm, maybe another hangar/shelf in the bathroom.

“Downtown Gem”
+This is a great little hotel on 7th, close to everything. Well cared for modern rooms, good beds, cotton sheets, super clean, with efficient heating---it even has bathroom heaters. Instant hot water, nice towels, bath amenities, just everything you need for a relaxed stay. Plus, a very cordial owner. Highly recommended.

+Clean, nice bathroom. Downtown location. Staff very nice. I needed coffee mugs for hot tea and they had really sturdy mugs for us to use.

“Clean rooms with friendly staff”
+Hotel is older, but rooms have been redone. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
−The room had a bit of stale smell like it used to be a smoking room. Price was high for what it was, but all hotels are very expensive in Eugene during a home game weekend.
