+Room was very clean and well appointed. Would suggest rounding off the corners of the wooden bedframes, as I grazed my leg on one. (Room 3) Good value and convenient for the hospital. Would recommend.

+Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable bed, room spotless, plenty of tea and coffee. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Inexpensive stop over. Plenty of parking and close to all transport links. Use regularly.

+Plenty of free on-street parking. Much better inside than it looked from the outside. When I arrived, I thought "Oh no, what have I done when I booked this place." The front door of the building, and the entrance lobby, look very unappealing. But once you are up on the first floor/inside the room, it is much better. The bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was lovely. The place has character as well - I enjoyed the Trainspotting theme.
+Definitely not a Hotel, just someone's house renting some rooms to make his livings, untidy smelly and not pleasant so sorry but is a no no for ever. Shouldn't be advertised as a Hotel £100 1 night???? Easy money to get from someone after travelling from Inverness to end up with a really bad place to stay.
