“Vista sul castello ma prenota il parcheggio!”
+L’hotel si trova al lato del castello di Marbella quindi dalle finestre in facciata si può godere della vista sulle mura. Si trova in zona centrale ed è quindi possibile spostarsi a piedi. Ma il parcheggio è un incubo! Nella zona circostante ci sono tanti parcheggi in strada gratuiti ma non sono comunque sufficienti per il volume di persone che cercano parcheggio. Abbiamo passato quasi un’ora prima di riuscire a trovare parcheggio senza allontanarci troppo. Per il resto la struttura è pulita e ha tutto il necessario. Il bar offre colazioni ottime in stile continentale (no tipico spagnolo)

+The view from the room was lovely. The hotel looked after our luggage after checking out. The room felt quite large and we loved the retro style. Location was fantastic just a few mins walk from the bars and restaurants in the old town.

“Very basic old hotel - but clean - ok for a night and near to central Marbella old town.”
+Clean room. Great powerful shower. Lovely view of the castle from my room
−What Could Be Improved: Musty smell in the room unless the window door was left open. Noise levels at night were exceptionally high (marching band, nearby depot activity, bin trucks, fireworks), which made it difficult to sleep. Lift proximity meant I could hear guests returning late at night. No visible security checks when entering the hotel at night, which didn’t feel fully reassuring. Overall experience felt like a major step down after staying in a nearby high‑end hotel, mainly due to age of the property and noise issues.
