“Better than my last stay with friendly morning staff, but the evening crew was not very helpful.”
+The hotel was okay and actually an improvement over my previous stay here. The room cleaning was decent and the morning staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was ok.
−The evening staff was not very helpful. I asked reception two days in a row for cutlery for my room and they just told me to go to the restaurant and ask myself. When I went to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me a plate and cutlery, even though my hands were already completely full of shopping bags. I had to awkwardly carry everything up to the 5th floor myself. Service in the evening definitely needs improvement. Wifi not good at all. Online work meetings now possible.

+Gute Lage, nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel oder in den umliegenden Seitenstrassen. Gegenüber von 2 Einkaufzentren. Mehrere Restaurants entlang der Straße zu Fuss erreichbar.

“Esperienza positiva”
+Camere ampie e con tutto il necessario, personale molto cordiale, il bar ristorante all'interno. Ottima anche la colazione sia per scelta che per qualità.
−Un pochino rumorose le camere che danno sul lato della strada principale ma comunque tollerabile, parcheggio limitato, i prezzi in generale del soggiorno e ristorante sono un pochino alti consoderando il luogo ma accettabili.
