“有點年代感，但一切都還不錯的住宿”
+房間很大，床很好睡，附近就是大商場很方便。員工們都很禮貌友善。謝謝貴飯店為我的結婚紀念日佈置房間，我們在這裡渡過了一個很愉快的假期。
−以下提到的地方有改善空間： Room service 菜單上標註24小時供應，實際點餐時，卻幾乎沒有供應. 早餐9點後幾乎沒什麼補充餐點，9點之後用早餐很容易餓到。臥室空調風切聲很大要關掉才不會吵。沒有免治馬桶。 Check out 的時候，前臺弄錯了款項，來來回回浪費了我快一小時。

+The room and bed was comfortable. And of course the bath tub! And salad buffet downstairs.
−You cannot use the shower/bath gel for the bath tub coz it is fixed in the shower. Also I also had to request cups, cutlery, and water heater given that they provided tea bags.

“We were there for work, but it felt like a holiday!”
+Outdoor infinity pool was particularly lovely! We also enjoyed the various restaurants. Bathroom was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the view of the city!

+The rooms were spacious. Loved the location too. We also got a birthday slice of cake for my husband's birthday which was a nice surprise. All the staff were great from the front desk to the maintenance personnel. We liked that breakfast was included and there was a variety to choose from.
−The laundry drier did not really dry our clothes. It was still damp when we took them out. The master's bathroom had a smal leak in the ceiling - the ceiling tile was hanging. There was a puddle on the floor. We reported it the next morning and it was fixed right away.

“Excellent accommodation and location”
+This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at (not that we usually stay at expensive hotels). The apartment with 2 bedrooms was spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for a family. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was extensive wirh nice muesli which you don't often find in the Philippines. Being able to checkout at 12noon was good as our flight home to NZ didn't leave till 8.30pm. The location just opposite Glorietta mall was perfect. We e certain two children there for a few hours vefore leaving for the airport. Only took 20mins in a Grab to the airport at 3pm.
−There was nothing to not like about this hotel.
