−QUASI TUTTO! NoN é SUFFICIENTE FARE un SORRISO e dire "jambo" per fare di un posto brutto un grande albergo. SERVIZIO DISGUSTOSO e PERSONALE, soprattutto alla RECEPTION, VERAMENTE MALEDUCATO !

+Le cadre, le climat, le personnel était magnifique
−J'ai eu un soucis de santé mineur et l'hotel ne disposait pas d'armoires à pharmacie. On a du attendre des heures pour avoir des cachets. En cas d'urgence ça pourrait être dangereux

“My Best Beach Vacation”
+Having been blessed with experiences around the world, Diamonds Malindi provided one of the best holidays I have enjoyed. The grounds and scenery are beautiful, full of life and at the same time quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious at each and every meal. The variety of dishes was great from salads, soups, mains and dessert. What elevated Diamonds was the staff. A perfect 10 from everyone for our entire 7-day stay. A special thank you to John, Danson, Alex, Pina and Pauline for making each day fun. From yoga to volleyball to the evening shows and dancing and all the moments in between the Diamonds Big 5 became good friends.

“Excellent choice for a vacation”
+Excellent location, right next to the beach , clean and fresh
−The bath tub had a leakage but upon informing the team it was fixed immediately. Check-in took a bit longer than what I expected . It’s the only thing I think needs improvement

+Le choix de nourriture est vraiment large, on mange tout le temps ! Entre le petit dej, le déjeuner, le coffee time, le diner sans oublier le fait d'avoir à boire constamment, je me suis régalée. On retrouve une gamme de plats traditionnels, indiens, italiens et des salades. Le staff organise également des petites animations pour mettre l'ambiance, super sympa. Le staff est aussi très réactif.
−La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte. Il est compliqué d'aller se promener sur la partie publique de la plage car trop de racolleurs qui essayent de vendre des services.

+Hotel superbe, personnel très polie. 4 piscines, jolie plage .
−Polé polé ( doucement ) ! Trop polé polé !! Ne soyez pressé de rien. 3h pour avoir 2 serviettes de plage , 45min pour avoir 2 serviettes de douche ( après 3 réclamations !) Vendeurs sur la plage ...même pas 1m de fait, boum 6 vendeurs ! C'est fatiguant ! à vos risques et périls !

+Superbe décor, jolie chambre avec piscine Grand complexe, magnifique ... Le meilleur pain et croissants jamais mangé en vacances, bravooo !
