+The place looks amazing. Breakfast prepared just for individual and additional buffet (breakfast box option too). James is great receptionist and barman.

−Our bathroom was so small the shower door could only open half way and the sink tap splashed water everywhere

+Peaceful, clean & well-decorated in keeping with the theme! James was a gem & so welcoming & professional.
−The Derby room was lovely - personally, the toilet was too close to the bedroom, which wasn’t helped by the semi-opaque glass door which didn’t lock. I understand why, due to space etc but not ideal for me.

“Comfortable place to stay. Good value for the price.”
+Good breakfast, the server was pleasant and welcomed us with a smile. Restaurant area was excellent, range of cereals. Tea, coffee, pastries, toast, fruit and yogurts. Very clean and the service at the table was very good and quick.
−We were on the ground floor but had a noisy person/people above us . Spoke to the owner when we were leaving, he apologised and said it would be rectified as he was aware of the issue. We enjoyed our stay and when visiting our friends will certainly come back.

+Large, superb room. Quiet area of Bournemouth but easy to reach. Friendly and helpful staff. Small car park, but more spaces available at the partner hotel across the road.

+Beautiful decor throughout the property. Boutique style. Very lush and stunning furnishings and fittings. It was lovely and warm also. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Beautiful location, nice area. Close to the sea. Very welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction in regard to everything about our stay. We had an upgrade of room also during our stay which was very much appreciated and the room was even better than the first!!! Utterly luxurious, sumptuous and with an absolutely fantastic bath. We had a really wonderful stay in the hotel and cannot recommend the owner, the staff and the service highly enough. Thankyou so much xx

+Location was great. About a mile or so from the sea front 25-30 miniute walk, nice and quiet area and a beautiful property which had really nice decor and ambiance. The staff were really friendly, kind and helpful and a few nice touches like chocolates on the pillow, bottles of water in the room and complimentary tea & coffee. We stayed in goldcup room which was absolutely stunning and perfect for a romantic night away. Really nice lounge and breakfast room areas in the hotel too
