+Les chambres sont acceptables mais n'espérez pas de l'aide pour descendre vos bagages par un escalier assez raide.
−Le plus mauvais accueil que nous avons eu dans un hôtel en Inde. L'hôtel est décrit comme étant à côté d'une piscine mais ne rêvez pas ce n'est qu'une piscine municipale vide. L'accueil est très désagréable : par exemple, il est écrit que l'on peut payer par carte c'est totalement inexact il faut payer en liquide.

+Staff were very friendly and tended to our needs. Palak in particular ensured that the food and accommodation needs were taken care of.
−Washrooms need to be better and the power backup can be an issue.

“A comfortable and enjoyable family stay with warm hospitality”
+We stayed at Da Shack with our family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The manager was especially welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommended!

“Great place to stay in Mandi”
+We had a great one night stay at Da Shack and enjoyed exploring Mandi and the surrounding area! The hotel is situated next to the Beas river and adjacent to a public swimming pool, Its walkable to town if reasonably fit or just a short tuk tuk ride away. Staff were friendly and attentative and assisted with arranging our onward travel. The room was clean and tidy and the food and coffee served was of a good standard.
