“Lots of room for improvement.”
+The hotel is well located. Our room was a good size and our balcony had beautiful views of the esplanade. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of options including an egg station which was a nice touch.
−The cleaning of the room was very inconsistent. This was raised with reception and improved marginally but definitely room for improvement. Breakfast is a little chaotic. The coffee machine was repeatedly acting up so we just paid for batista coffee. This hotel is definitely style over substance with lots of room for improvement. If these issues were ironed out it would be a wonderful hotel.

“Wish we could have stayed longer.”
+We felt welcome from the beginning and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was wonderful.
−Bathroom lightening should have an option to increase lighting.

“Very pleasant stay and we look forward to visiting the property again.”
+The location is perfect
−Loud kids in the pool. One Dad ignored his daughter crying for 15 mins. She finally stopped, but it was getting to a point we felt like we needed to intervene with the parents or ask hotel staff to intervene.

“Ok stay, but didn’t blow me away.”
+Great location and quite stylish
−That you can’t arrange a late check out. When you’re about to head off on a 36hr journey home that wasn’t great. Nowhere to freshen up before you leave either. That would be helpful.
