“Enjoyable stay. Staff were a credit to the hotel and we will 100% stay again later in the year.”
+We booked a four poster room which was really spacious with a comfortable King sized bed. Bathroom had a seperate spa bath and a rainshower, Hotel was clean and staff were excellent. We had Breakfast both mornings and it was perfect, Good selection of continental with hot food cooked to order from a varied menu selection, hot and tasty with quallity ingredients. We also dined in evening and again food and staff excellent. Bar and food prices were about average for a hotel.
−Can find fault with anything if pushed, couple of tiles cracked on bathroom floor, am sure these will soon be fixed. Room was a little hot but fans were provided in room so no issue. Overall a really good hotel that other places could learn a lot from.

+The food was absolutely top notch, not overly posh or fussy, but really well cooked and well presented, the Sunday roast an absolute delight!
−Wasn’t a fan of the Mossys, but it was warm and beer to a farm, not the fault of the Hotel!

“Great inn!”
+Clean, comfy, friendly staff, free on site parking, and if you have the view, a great view of Glastonbury Tor from afar. Nice breakfast, nice smelling shower gels. Nice tea and coffee available in the room.

“We would recommend Crossways and stay there again.”
+Breakfast was exceptional. Dinner very good. The modern rooms we stayed in were very nice. When we enquired about a lost item, the staff tried to locate it and sent a timely response.
−The location is a little remote, but the accommodation, food and rooms made up for it.
+The best venison pie and chips I’ve ever had in a hotel I think it was fabulous value

−My fault for not checking but would recommend they bought a mini fridge that could be used when needed, we have a newborn baby and I assumed there was a fridge in room ( not a criticism as I should of been prepared). Let me use the fridge at reception which was good however no access over night when I needed it but nethertheless we would return again as was beautiful and ideal for our mini break.

+The property was clean and well-managed.
−Despite requesting a quiet room, we were situated adjacent to a stair well, which meant we could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs all night. Me and my friend both had a poor night’s sleep. He likes a firm mattress and me a soft mattress, yet both of us were tossing and turning all night.
