“Great location, good swimming pool and sauna, varied breakfast”
+The location was perfect for a course at Cranfield University, I loved the swimming pool and sauna with good opening hours. Varied selection for breakfast.
−The window of the room was opposite the main entrance so I had to keep the curtains closed more than I would have liked but out of the room most of the time so was fine
“Did what it said it would.”
+Does what it says on the tin
−Didn't really do anything but stay in the room
+The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The location was perfect being opposite the SOM building.
−The room was comfortable except for the shower which only produced cold water and was quite frustrating. When I informed the main reception, there was no apology. The walls are also very thin and some guests are quite loud when returning to their rooms late at night. Not the hotel's fault but perhaps additional signage could be displayed as a reminder.
