“是个很不错得酒店，自驾尤其推荐。”
+酒店服务员比较热情，酒店设施比较新和现代，虽然不是豪华酒店，但是还是比较不错的。特别是8楼的餐厅，师傅非常用心，早餐非常美味。酒店离开市中心约10分钟车程，但是离高速公路很近，自驾车比较方便。停车位多。对自驾者而言非常友好。值得入住。
−大部分服务员很好，个别服务员得服务水准需要提高。

“Relaxing one night stay, great location, near IKEA and the motorway.”
+Didn’t have breakfast. Location next to Exeter chiefs rugby ground, so great place to stay for a match. Although near the m5 motorway you couldn’t her a thing from inside. Relaxing, clean and would definitely stay again.

−The room AC waa difficult to operate , the rpom being too hot
“The View Restaurant is exceptional and the service and staff were wonderful. It is for the restaurant that we will defin”
+Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bed perhaps a little too hard but no big issue.
−I asked twice if my TV could be looked at as I could only get a few channels. Moth of the news channels didn’t work and that is all I tend to watch.

“Disappointing”
+We had a nice big room and comfortable bed
−We had no hot water and the shaving socket did not work. There was a lovely big mirror in the room, but no socket near it! Who thinks these things through, it must be a man!! A maintenance chappy came to our room and said when the hotel was full it took a long time for the water to run hot on the upper floors & we were on 7th floor!! We had to run it for a good 10 to 15 minutes before it got warm.. what a waste of water!!

“Excellent”
+We attended the rugby and the proximity, free parking and overall experience was exceptional.
−I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the breakfast could have been hotter, I appreciate this is not always possible with a Buffett style breakfast and certainly wouldn’t put me off staying again!
