+Recently renovated, very clean, great location and helpful staff.
−Our room was on the 7th floor, but elevator only went to 6th so we had to climb a very narrow steep set of stairs to get to our room. Slanted ceiling in half of the room due to being the top floor, almost attic like?

“Sehr schöne Aufenthalt”
+Sehr schon eingerichtete Unterkunft , wir hatten Suite für 2 Personen für eine Nacht. Alles sauber , bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal
−Kein Fahrstuhl für obere Etagen, ist nachvollziehbar für ein Altbaugebäude, aber mit schweren Koffern unvorteilhaft.

+Locatie, vlakbij station van de underground en bushalte, in een rustige zijstraat
−Ontbijt. De 20 pond pp was veel te veel. Koffiemachine was de laatste dag stuk, moest vragen om eggs en de keuze voor beleg was erg beperkt. Kamer was erg klein en s'nachts te warm en benauwd. Geen ventilatie, raam kom nauwelijks open

−Colchão afundado no meio, banheiro muito pequeno, carpetes muito sujo, tive crise alérgica que só passava quando saía do hotel. Acústica horrível, dava pra ouvir o ronco do quarto ao lado além do barulho dos passos das pessoas no quarto acima. Não recomendo

“An affordable, great-value stay in Zone 1!”
+The hotel is located less than a 5-minute walk from Lancaster Gate Underground station, making it very convenient to reach, even when arriving from the airport late at night. The rooms are absolutely decent for London standards. Having stayed in many hotels across London, I would say they are neither particularly small nor particularly large. In fact, to be completely fair, I would lean slightly towards the spacious side. With a little smart organisation of your luggage, you can move around the room quite comfortably. Another big advantage is the hotel's location in a quiet neighbourhood. We experienced no disturbances or noise in the mornings, and the room was pleasantly warm throughout our stay without us needing to turn on any additional heating. Last but certainly not least, the bathroom was excellent! It was comfortably sized, especially the shower, and very clean. The ventilation worked perfectly, with absolutely no unpleasant smells of dampness or mould, either in the bathroom or the room itself. This was something I particularly appreciated. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience and excellent value for money, especially considering the location!
−Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. Considering the price we paid for our five-night stay, I really cannot point out anything negative. The hotel fully met our expectations and offered great value for money.

+Great, convenient location, close walk to Paddington station and Hyde park is right around the corner! Beautiful lobby and nice, clean rooms. Bathroom was super clean and our room was cleaned everyday.

“Would love to stay here again”
+The location is perfect, right next to Hyde park, very calm. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. Toilet had everything we need. There is some water in the fridge and some cookies and everything for tea and coffee. Breakfest was very good, a lot of different food. You can even get different kind of eggs. We loved it and would totally stay here again. You can leave your bags there before check in.
−There was very loud noise coming from heating system, we couldn't sleep for a few hours, but the staff was very friendly they did sort it out as soon as possible. The next day there was no noise at all.
