+Overall, the location was excellent, and the building itself is very modern, bright, and visually appealing.
−Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects that significantly affected my stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. There were also numerous minor defects throughout the apartment, such as the entrance door and the refrigerator door sticking, along with several other signs of wear and tear. It seemed that these issues had been left unrepaired for quite some time. Another major downside was the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the neighbors, which was quite disturbing, especially in the morning and during the night. Finally, the cleanliness could have been much better. The carpet was noticeably dirty after just five minutes of walking around in white socks, they had turned black. The sofa was also heavily stained and looked so dirty that I hardly dared to sit on it. While the property has great potential because of its location and modern design, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and soundproofing made the overall experience disappointing.
