−The hotel is quite dated; there is no elevator, they still use physical keys instead of electronic key cards, and the mattress was soft and very uncomfortable, causing me back pain. Furthermore, the room lacks soundproofing, so you can hear everyone passing by in the hallway.

−Der var ulideligt varmt. Radiatorerne på gangarealerne var meget varme og kunne ikke reguleres. Eneste mulighed for at regulere temperaturen var at åbne vinduer. Det virker helt skørt, at bruge så meget energi på opvarmning, når det ikke er nødvendigt.

−If you are looking for accommodation in central Budapest, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel. The property suffers from severe issues ranging from misleading photos and poor accessibility to noisy equipment, persistent chemical odors, and alarming hygiene standards. Aside from its convenient location, there is virtually nothing positive to say about the stay, making it one of the most disappointing hotel experiences possible. The problems started before even stepping inside. The actual exterior looks completely different from the photos displayed on booking platforms, making the entrance unexpectedly difficult to locate. Upon arrival, the front desk appeared quite rudimentary, but the bigger issue with the building layout became clear immediately: rooms designated on the "first floor" are actually situated at what feels like a second or two-and-a-half floor height, and there is no elevator in the building. Having to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs manually is incredibly exhausting, especially for business travelers.
