“Great hotel but needs some tlc in some areas.”
+Really enjoyed the rooms and space around the pool, the shuttle service to the chi beach club was brilliant
−Customer service was poor on a few occasions, due to the uneven tiles in the pool my toenail was trapped and the entire nail was ripped out from the root. When I complained about this I was told it would be looked into and it wasn’t, I received no apology or acknowledgement of how the pain and inconvenience of this had impacted the rest of my holiday.

“Perfect place to stay for short trip to Koh Samui”
+Beautiful pool and lovely room .. great boutique hotel with shuttle bus to fabulous sister beach bar
−Not keen on breakfast

“Fairly pleasant”
+Nice room, very modern however we found it small and difficult to manoeuvre in for several nights. The pool is nice (if you can get a lounger near it) The shuttle to their beach club is good however the beach club is pricey and very difficult to get a booking at.
−The first day we arrived we asked at reception to make a booking for a bed at the beach club and were told there was no availability for the 8 days we were there. We then went to the pool and there wasn’t a single bed free. Lots of people reserving beds and going out all day and the hotel not doing any checks. While we were there several large groups of Israeli tourists were extremely loud by the pool- kids screaming etc. The staff told them off but they continued it and were loud coming home each night. They even turned up at the beach club and took over the whole place there. The food and drink at the hotel is extremely expensive so we found ourselves going out for food every day. Seemed really over priced and a shame as we would have liked to use that more. It is a pleasant hotel but a few things could improve it. Some terrible music playing all day at the pool which was a bit annoying. You can’t really walk anywhere from the hotel too so double check the location- we had to get taxis everywhere.
