“The first and worst experience in Bali through booking.com”
−No nearby shops. No breakfast (booking.com says otherwise) Small and congested room. Glass door for toilet and bathroom - no curtains or blinds. No privacy. No comfort at all. Bedding is also not suitable for sleeping. Booking.com is providing wrong /old information which needs to be updated to maintain the reputation and success.

+The dog! Geeze! Super cute and friendly. The pool, the location and the hut was all very lovely! Ide the owner was a really nice guy 😊

−There are mosquitoes, so bring an insect repellant. The surrounding area outside has no light.

“Extremely friendly staff with the nicest dog you will ever come across!”
+Exceptional service who went beyond expectations. The hotel dog was so social and made us feel even more welcomed!
−There were quite a few spiders in the room.
