+Excellent size rooms and beds were very comfy. Good pool. Nice and helpful staff
−Changing rooms for pool were very small. We were lucky as there was no one else there.

“Average hotel good location”
+The room had comfortable beds and big rooms. Location of hotel was good although parking could have been better
−The bathrooms were so small it was hard to operate. The staff was very varied in quality - one or two were really cooperative and polite and others were moody and distant
+Staff were friendly and attentive. Shower was clean and hot, comfy beds. Good location.
−The whole property and rooms were very old fashioned and very dated. The price was also quite steep for the quality of the rooms.

“a comfortable enjoyable stay”
+Large well-equipped room with two benches for suitcases - often there is only one. Included kettle, coffee maker, fridge and microwave along with a small sink. Comfortable bed and pillows. We were able to adjust the heat in the room so didn't overheat!
+We liked the location. Quiet.
−Dirty bedsheets. Desk receptionist, Elisha, was very unfriendly. Her customer service skills are absolute crap.
“Not what I had hoped for”
+Good loaction. We loved Jasper.
−We had a knock on our door at 10.50pm one night from a member of staff to say we had been reported for being noisy!! We had the tele on, that was all. I was on holiday and expected that I would be able to talk and watch tv in my own room when I wanted to!

−We had a lot of luggage. Our room was in the first floor. There were stairs to get to our room so we couldn’t use a trolley. So we had to make three trips to get things into the room. The sand for departure

“Good stay but quite pricey.”
+Location was nice, facilities were nice and had indoor parking.
−The prices was quite expensive, and breakfast was not included.
