−The fed was so uncomfortable It felt like a plank of wood was under the sheets No PowerPoint anywhere near the bed The carpets and the flooring were filthy from wear and tear

“Would need an upgrade before coming back!”
+Great location near food & shops, booking in was easy & staff were nice.
−Not very clean, parking limited if you don’t get in first & dated appliances & furniture.

“Comfortable clean hotel with everything you need”
+Comfortable spacious room. Had everything you needed. Renovated bathroom. Lovely toiletries. Nice to have table and chairs for eating breakfast. Included microwave and some crockery.
−Would have been good to have a power point near the bed for charging phone.

+Great location for easy access to Hunter Valley wine tours, comfortable beds, good value for money.
−Not clear whether tap water in the room was drinking water, and no water fountain for refills. When I asked for some bottles for the room we got 2 plastic bottles for 3 of us.
