“Very bad experience, I don’t recommend it”
+The property was not clean properly, was smelling like cigarettes plus the walls dirty

+Location for seeing sights. Had fridge in room, kettle and tv.
−Bed was very low so difficult to get in and out off. Room a little tatty and hot water intermittent. Needs some tlc

+Dobre położenie hotelu, czystość i personel na wystarczającym poziomie, satysfakcjonujący uwzględniając niską cenę
−Obiekt bardzo mocno zniszczony, wygląda jakby nikt nie robił bieżących napraw. Pod oknami pub i toaleta publiczna, przez co jest głośno w nocy. Ciepła woda zaczyna lecieć dopiero po 5 minutach.

“Für eine Nacht total ausreichend”
+Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in der Nähe der Alexander Nevsky Kathedrale. Ca. 400-500m liegt die Metro Station. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Dusche war groß und sehr sauber. Wir hatten im Zimmer kleine Duschgele und Shampoos bereitgestellt, einen Kühlschrank und einen Föhn.
−Das Internet hat leider absolut nicht funktioniert. Das Zustellbett war extrem unbequem und man konnte sehr schlecht schlafen. An den Wänden und am Boden gab es leider viele Flecken. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, kommt einem ein ganz schlimmer Geruch entgegen. Beschreiben würde ich es wie extremer Schweißgeruch und nach alten Männern.

+I like the location and the value for money.
−The staff wasn't the best this time. I happened to forget a person item there and called them the next day to confirm if it's there and we agreed for them to send it to me and it's been one month already and I'm still waiting. I have another business trip to Sofia this week and this particular "incident" made me decide not to stay in the hotel this time.

+The bed was ok
−They didn't find our booking because they did not update their system and they booked our room also to others...so we almost stayed in the street at 2 o' clock in the morning...Thank God one of the people who booked a room didn't show up so I got the room for some hours.. It was also a lot of noise from people that they were staying there.
