“Dirty and disgusting”

−The place was very dirty. It was painted over but very sloppy. Paint was on the mirrors, floor,tub and just everywhere. The mold around the showers was disgusting. Stains on the bedding. Dead bugs, stained furniture, dust and dirt not clean just caked on things. There were missing tiles all over the walk way and stairs leading to the rooms.Tv did not work. I could go on and on. We checked in after midnight with 3 kids. I would have left right away if it weren't so late with 3 exhausted children. We used blankets we brought from the car to lay over the beds. We left by 9am. It was the worst and dirtiest place I have ever seen. I don't understand how they can be in business and charging families to stay there. It should be shut down and corrected right away. Pictures on site are not what anything looks like. I will provide actual pictures. I have more pictures but they would only allow me to upload 20.

+My daughter and I stayed here for two nights during our Cedar Point trip. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gave us bottled waters. The room was clean and a great size for us, double beds. This hotel has been renovated, some of it looks u little bit unfinished. There was a little step to get into our room, if you have a walker or a wheelchair, be mindful to let them know, not every room had a step. The a/c is very loud. There was a complimentary breakfast with things like yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries and a pancake maker etc. I would stay here again.

−Our room the TV did not work at all and the shower barely any water was coming out when we turned it on and we would’ve definitely preferred a bigger bed

+Very nice, clean quiet and I felt safe. I went to Cedar Point solo and I actually stayed an extra day. It feels like a little country home. This will definitely be a place to stay when I go again.

+Property is Directly in front of the Cedar Point Causeway! Hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean facilities, beautiful pool as well as a nice picnic area out back! Rooms have what you NEED for short stays. Microwave and mini-fridge.
−Water pressure was close to ZERO! That’s one HUGE pet peeve of mine and the sink had more water flow than the shower did! For such a beautifully re-furbished bathroom, that was a BIG TIME let down! They DEF need to figure that out!

+Hello i came in to pay for my room around 230pm i didnt get to my room until 830 9pm because we were at cedar point .unpon stay we werent able to flush toliet completely. It had a slow flush. I thought the toliet was just made like that im not a plummer. Around 1230am we noticed we were sitting in a flood we had 2 put towels down and was steppong in toliet water to use restroom and comong out into our room. I went to front desk.i was told no plummer was available. Another room was offered that was 2 small for my family around 1am. Were a family of 6 with bags food and etc. Most of my family was sleep so waking them would of been a hassel as well to cram into a 2 bed when we purchaged 3. I spent the night trying to remove as much water as possible. Someone came to my room at 9am with a plunger thay said my kids put a towel in the toliet. LIES MY KIDS ARE 8 AND OLDER THEY WOULDNT DO THAT!!!. No cleaning was done. IM requesting my money back in full . My room should have been checked and safe to use upon arrival. Please have corporate or whoever in charge contact me immidetely

+The breakfast was good, the location was great as we had just got done a cedar point for the day.
−The pillows were very thin and you only got 1, I didnt sleep very well because I couldn't get comfortable. When we arrived I. Our room the a/c was set at 60 it was freezing. The shower curtain was stained red on the bottom like it hadn't been washed in a while. The door knob to the bathroom was very hard to open.
