“It was great.”
+The room was large, and the snack bag was a nice touch. Plenty of towels were provided. I was very close to my car. breakfast was phenomenal.
−I had to move the microwave to plug it in.

−I didn’t like the room they put us in. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, the room was dark and muggy. It just doesn’t feel clean. I guess those kind of rooms are for people with pets which I did have.

“Didnt stay”
+I think this property is not fit to stay. We booked but did not stay. The mold smell and grime was evident immediately in the room and throughout the entire building.

+Great location, great value, friendly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable bed.
−Our bathroom was less than desirable. The sink was slow to drain, the shower was wonky, the toilet didn’t have a great flush, and the door was hard to close.

+Our room was not clean. We didn't notice until we unpacked. We asked for the room to be cleaned and vacuumed. I showed them a photo of a gross splatter on one of the walls. It was wiped off. But the floor wasn't vacuumed. The bathtub was dirty. My bedding had a crusty stain on it. I asked for both beds to be completely changed. They only did one. The wrong one. The hallways were dirty. The public hallways were not vacuumed the entire time we were there, which was 5 days. Instead of giving us they the significant discounted they said they would, they charged a different credit card a vastly discounted rate. Unfortunately, the room had already been paid for. No one could figure who charged our card at 3:38AM. They did remove that charge. Sadly, I'm the end, they only took one night off our bill instead of two nights. We have NEVER stayed in such a dirty hotel! Although we had many cleanliness issues with our room, the head of housekeeping said she was never informed. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. I reported it. The head of maintenance was never informed. It was ridiculous. Not sure where the manager is, but she was never available to speak to us. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHE

+The location is great. Staff members Calyiana and Raul were very helpful.
−There was an odor emanating from our assigned room and a new room had to be assigned. That room was a little better but had some housekeeping issues which were reported to staff at the front desk.
