“Guaranteed cleanliness and comfort! Great value!”
+When we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly office staff. The room was exceptionally clean, warm and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised and this is our chosen place for future visits. The cost for the room was modest for the value. The facility is centrally located to everything. An easy walk or cheap Uber trip. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

“We'll come back, but we won't look forward to the shower.”
+We don't usually enjoy motel breakfasts. We prefer to find breakfast locally and get what we want. Location is great for accessing NAU.
−The overhead shower is the worst thing about this motel. A simple small showerhead on the wall would be much better.

“Basic but clean close to places to eat.”
+Clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance.

+La stanza molto carina, molto pulita e accogliente.
−Siamo arrivati alle 16:30 per il check in, non c’era nessuno in struttura per effettuarlo, dopo tantissime chiamate (20 tra chiamate e messaggi) dopo 2 ore e mezza si sono degnati di rispondermi facendomi aprire un cassetto con un codice che non mi avevano mai dato. La stanza pulita senza ombra di dubbio ma preferirei una stanza un po meno pulita che aspettare 3 ore davanti una struttura senza nessuna riposta!
+Location great lots of walkable restaurants to eat at. Comfy bed. Clean. Pretty quite compared to other places I have stayed at in Flag.

“Sehr sauber, aber klein. Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung”
+Das Zimmer/Dusche war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett.
−Zimmer sehr klein. Die Zimmertüre konnte von innen nicht gesichert werden.

−The room is dated, no elevator for languages. The services in room is basic. Need good upgrade and update.
“Great place to sleep if you’re out and about all day in the mountains.”
+Great location, quiet despite of being right at a main road. Very friendly staff. Parking right by the room. Very clean double queen room with TV, fridge and a kitchenette.
−Limited water pressure in the shower.

−Checking was at 4pm and the office wasn’t open had to wait still 15 min after calling the front seat so someone could go to the office. And. No microwave. It had a stove but had a sign not to use
