+It is an older establishment but was clean and friendly staff coffee and pastry were available in the morning Was not noisey

“Beautiful old casa”
+Beautiful old Spanish colonial casa, with big rooms and super friendly staff. Not a 4 star place, but had a really comfortable bed and clean sheets, and for $30 bucks a night can’t beat! The other most important thing for hotels in Merida are the air conditioner, and the one in my room worked great. Pretty loud, but washed out any street noise and I slept fine. But be warned in case that bothers you. The matttress was surprisingly new and very comfy, and I was all set! there’s a great hip new coffee shop just up here block, and an Oxxo (Mexican equivalent of 7-11). And super safe neighborhood, even late at night. Security gate in front is always locked, so when you check in you need to find the doorbell which is inside the gate and high up!
+It has a nice structure, but there is no restaurant in premises neither close by. They have a kitchen with very old dishes and appliances that guess can use to cook, but is not very clean. Furnished in bedroom is falling apart.. but people in Merida are very nice.
