“I would recommend this hotel and go back!!”
+The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and so accommodating to my dietary restrictions. The hotel is beautiful, the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was solid. Shout out to Gloria for being so kind and helpful

−Creo que faltaban detalles en la habitación y en el desayuno, en la habitación no tenía un espejo grande , la habitación es bastante amplia y le sobre espacio para tenerlo, la cama cómodisima, de hecho tengo problemas cervicales y tenían una almohada estupenda que voy a intentar comprar 😁, el personal de 10 súper atentos . En el desayuno creo que falta una máquina de café y sería de 10 . La ubicación es perfecta , a 5’ andando del centro y en frente del palacio pitti.

−there was quite a bit of noise outside on the street during the night/early morning but appreciate this is beyond the control of the hotel
“Au cœur de la cité des Médicis”
+Dans un ancien hôtel particulier , pratiquement devant le Palais Pitti , des chambres magnifiques . Une décoration très élégante mêlant objets anciens et une touche de modernité. Un accueil exceptionnel , très attentif à toutes nos demandes , en particulier pour nous réserver un garage proche. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent , pour les gourmands des pâtisseries typiques Nous avons été conquis .
