+The staff were super friendly and approachable! We had problems with one of our private tours they we pre-booked online and the staff here were super helpful in contacting them and getting it sorted! They also had a great list of tours- we actually joined one of them and loved it! The room are pretty standard but highly recommend due to the location and the staff!
+Staff were very nice. They always wanted to make sure that our needs were met and everything was ok. Breakfast was delicious. The property was clean. However there were few mosquitoes. They were in the area in general. Also the shower water leaked through the shower door. It was a bit annoying.
+Staff are very warm and friendly

Day before i got bumped again in another of their property in a smaller room amd much smaller bathroom, can hardly move without any compensationas i booked in better room. Anybody booking should be twice . I will never book tbere again; tbough i come regularly to cairo.
