“Ok”
+The lady at the front desk was very rude every single day!! She didn’t want to even provide the WiFi password, her husband had to make her. I give this place 0 stars due to her rudeness. I advise no one stay here, it’s not worth it

+The location was great. The beds looked new and sheets looked clean for the most part.
−The floors looked dirty, the shower and faucets were out of date and looked a little dirty, and the bathroom window was unable to lock. There was also a lizard in the room, not sure how it got in. The freezer was frozen with ice.
“Worst motel I ever been to”

−The owner or front desk lady rude .
“The lady that owns this motel was horrible. She hangs up in peoples face and doesn’t care for her customers. My work bag”

+Nothing shower had hair in it and the sheets was stained
“Budget Inn Priced High”
+Have stayed in better motels for less price than $76.72. For instance, Motel 6 and America's Best Inn and Suites were nicer, clean, and offered amenities. This place didn't offer coffee or an ice machine. Price was to high.
−The bathroom hasn't been updated in years, and the window unit is so outdated that it took some time to figure it out so we could have some air.
“Comfort w/ good customer service.”
