+2 x days out of the 3 day stay, they forgot to clean our room and we had to call reception and make a request for cleaners at midnight. They charge an extra £14 per day for parking, when booking your stay through hotels.com, whilst parking is free if you book your room directly with the hotel !! I guess this is a loophole they have to recover the fees they pay hotels.com. Carpets in the room are old and feel dirty.
+Not sure why I made more for the second room as both rooms were exactly the same!!
“Disappointed”
+Excellent size room, Great location and views of Mercedes Benz track. Extremely uncomfortable, aged soft spring mattress. Very uncomfortable and basic pillows. Extremely poor lighting in the room. Almost impossible to properly see anything.
“Absolutely perfect”
+Staff are incredibly helpful and genuine, Hotel condition is exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful! Cannot Recommend highly enough!
+Great location and facilities, arrived earlier and then had to pay another £15 to check in early which, considering this is not a budget hotel, I was not happy about. The bed was way too soft. Spa facilities were good
+Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs.
+Spa was lovely, room is spacious and clean
“Mostly great”
+A great hotel but Spa shortcomings. Sun room lamps - only 2/3's working. Unhappy staff at breakfast. Other than that one of the most reliable hotels I frequent
+A 24 hour escape in a beautiful hotel and spa. Rooms are luxurious a
“Poor value”
+Very slow bar service, not enough restaurant availability for hotel guests - we had to find a table at a different restaurant. Desk in the room was broken (drawer front hanging off). Parking very expensive at £14 per night. Better value accommodation available nearby for the price
