+Location is excellent, and in an attractive area. Accessibility to the city and also the south makes it very convenient.
−The kitchen and eating facilities on the room weren't great. There was the absolute minimum of equipment. Probably met someone's 'minimum standard', but it didn't impress.

“Definitely recommend and would return”
+Great location close to zoo, city and freeway to travel around Perth. Comfortable spacious rooms
−One bathroom has a loud extractor fan that cannot be isolated so we used just the ensuite. We rebooked and stayed on another room too and this wasn't an issue it was an isolated fan so it's only in some apartments

“Would stay again. Good hotel. Nice staff”

−Faces highway. Highway was noisy, but with windows closed it was quiet.

“Do not stay at this 'resort"!”
+Good size rooms
−Total loss of power all night, or turned off! No one to fix problem. No on-site parking available for 6 guests. Had to park 200m from site in the rain. Disheveled reception staff. No breakfast available as on-site restaurant closed until 10am. Resort advertisement is misleading: restricted power, parking and restaurant availability.

“Great location, okay rooms.”
+Location was great, room had most things needed for a stay
−The room had a musty/not clean smell to it, some of the dishes weren’t cleaned properly. I know they can’t help it so much but other guests were really loud and disruptive at 3am.
