+Desserts at 9 pm were a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Location was central to.everything Branson has to offer. Exceptional value!! We'll be back!

+Perfect location. We would get in the car and drive less than 10 minutes for every place we wanted to go. At times, it was only a couple minutes.
−There was not one single thing about the property that we didn’t like.

+Very clean inside and outside Well kept motel. Evening treats were great after evening shows. It also made for a fun social time.
−The carpet could be replaced with lip flooring and make the rooms feel even cleaner and refreshed.

“Overall Good.”
+Have stayed there many times over many years. Used to the location. Clean, nice area, friendly staff.
−The BREAKFAST. Breakfast choices eliminated fruit. Did not have plain creamer for coffee, even the dried creamer was flavored without the correct sign. Eggs poor quality. ***Soap bars too tiny.*** Only got a couple uses out of one. Would have been perfect with non flavored creamer and better egg quality. Bananas and apples again too. An additional soap bar would have been better. We had 3 people and only 2 tiny soap bars. Not enough. Suggest 1 tiny bar per person in the room.

+We had a very nice room for a great price. Everything was very clean. The service was great. There is a hot breakfast in the morning and a few different kinds of hot cobbler at night. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this motel.
−A little bit outdated, that's all I can think of. It was a great stay.
