+Close to all activities, restaurants, stores and Arches National Park. In room mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Complimentary Bike Wash Station, wash bucket and cloths provided in room On site laundry at no charge Enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra night.

+I had an end room next to highway, but it was still quiet. You can walk everywhere in downtown Moab. Plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable. It is an older motel, but everything has recently be been updated. They even had a wash area to clean your mountain bike!
−Nothing. It is a comfortable motel at a reasonable price; that is why I gave it a score of 10. If you want high-end accommodations, this probably isn't for you.

“it was perfect for our needs.”
+room was very comfortable and clean. I think it is on of the best values in Moab. It is on the main street, but the traffic noise was not noticable.

+Location was ideal. Easy free parking and walking distance to a wonderful Italian restaurant.
−I prefer a clean floor instead of carpeting.

“Beautiful MoabI”
+Our room at the Bowen was spacious and had two comfortable recliners as well as a very comfortable bed. The location couldn't have been better, close to shops and restaurants.

+Very conveniently located to downtown shopping, restaurants, and food truck court which was super fun. I would not say it is walking distance to any trailheads, you would need to drive to these, especially in the heat.
−Check in seemed like she wanted to rush us out the door and was not really willing to answer questions about tourist opportunities. Just seemed like she was inconvenienced by us checking in. Also let us know they were not be available for any help after the office closed which seemed fairly early.
