+Property well take care off
“Comfortable and clean”
+It was clean and comfortable, the apartment had everything you need. Did not realise it was a walk up 5 stories.. for the king 2 bedroom, but got some exercise!
“Private pool was great”
+Great apartment with a lot of space and perfect for the kids with the private pool. Could have used more cleaning than once every five days, but other than that we were very happy with the place.
+Excellent
“Enjoyable stay”
+Lovely hotel, very comfortable and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. When they get around to paving the dirt road that leads from the main road to the hotel entrance, the place will just about perfect. :)
+Excellent place for a short stay in Tulum. Only problem I had is very short hot showers. We stayed in a penthouse suite and hot water would last 4 min and turn cold. But overall the stay was very nice. 10 min walk to main road to eat or 15 min taxi to the beach.
“Exceptionnel”
+Appartement exceptionnel !
+We did a late checking outside of their office hours yet it was simple and easy. The staff was pretty helpful and approachable and supported us with services we asked for. Some of those took a while but overall a very good responsiveness. The laundry facilities on the premises were closed due to some construction work I guess. Other than that a very clean and nice property.
