+After experiencing problems with the Wifi, Maya in the office went to great lengths to solve the problem. Very friendly and approachable staff; lovely apartment with a good view over the pool and lagoon
−The only thing we felt was missing was a face flannel. Not a biggie

+There. Was renovation going on in the unit above me and others works going on near me
−Generally things were not being maintained as they were when I stayed there previously. Sunbeds had mould on them and the grass hadn’t been cut until today. The property is not being maintained as well as the previous property managers

+Lovely accomodation, we were meant to stay in another hotel which got cancelled and we are glad it did as this place is beautiful! Three pools, quiet, fab location :) would stay again
−Only down side was wifi was patchy which for a week we could live with- good to switch off anyway!

+Location excellent, near beach and bars. Facilities very good. Peaceful. Staff very helpful and friendly. We loved the ethos of the communal sharing of food etc. So enjoyed it, we’ve booked again next week.

“Very pleasant environment, walkable area, wonderful hosts.”
+My room was perfectly located. The pool was right outside my back porch and the free laundry room was right across the hall. The staff all treated me with kindness and respect, and they went above and beyond.
−The bed wasn’t the greatest. Could’ve benefitted from a mattress topper or something. Face cloths (wash cloths) should be provided for guests.

+The staff were very friendly and helpful. The units were spacious and we had a view of the lagoon and pool. Lovely walk around the lake, and easy walk to the pub and restaurants of Trinity Beach.
