+I made a reservation through Hotel.com to stay at the Bishop Inn on June 25th. When we arrive at the Inn, it was completely shut down. An employee was sitting in the lot telling reservation holders that the hotel was closed. I was told we would not be charged. Now I have a charge on my Visa and a new reservation. I did not make the July 24-25 reservation. Please correct this reservation error and reverse the charge on my VISA.
“Disappointing”
“Very poor”
−We couldn't stay because the business was closed and you did not inform us. We had to find alternative accomodation.

“Exceptional”
“Absolutely horrible experience”
+Horrible..showed up and hotel had been closed for weeks
+I made a reservation for this facility the day before. When I arrived on the day, there was one employee there who told me, "It's not open at the moment. It's scheduled to reopen in August." I told them I had made a reservation, but they said it had been refunded, so as long as it wasn't open there was nothing I could do so I booked another facility. The accommodation fee was deducted from my credit card, what a careless company Expedia is. Selling a facility that isn't open and then conducting a survey on top of that. Please refund my money immediately.
