“Value for money which does what it says on the tin”
+The room was clean, if a little worn. Shower was very good, height adjustable and easy to use.. It is basically just a bedroom and a bathroom.with digital keypad entry.Thats fine as all I wanted was somewhere to sleep and a shower when I got up. Hairdryer, Iron and Board and a kettle with good selection tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
−Although it is a gripe the outcome is excellent. The heating in my accommodation would not work. I phoned the given number and a member of the team arrived within 10mins, when she was unable to make it work in a satisfactory manner she provided a thermostatic fan heater which was most efficient. I can't fault the response to my complaint as I was looked after so well.

“Snug Room”
+First time staying here and I must admit, when I first arrived I did think “oh no!” as the car park where the rooms are located is quite secluded. However, there are plenty of signs directing you to the rooms, and I believe there's another business on site with cars and vans coming and going, so it doesn't feel completely isolated. There are also plenty of cameras around for extra reassurance. Getting into the room was absolutely fine, my code worked perfectly. The room itself was small, depending on which one you choose, but lovely and snug. I did have a slight issue with the heating, but after making a quick call, a lovely lady came over within 5-10 minutes and explained that the boiler pressure was low but should now be fine. She advised me to turn on the radiators, which I did, and that sorted it. The shower and toilet were clean, and I loved the little hospitality tray with biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate , such a nice touch! Overall, I had a great stay with no real issues. It's definitely a handy little place for work trips, not too far out and reasonably priced too. I'd happily stay again!
