+the bed was clean and comfy, the staff was friendly and respectful, the location is great. easy parking.
−You would expect more for the cost you bear, there was no hot water for an entire night, the balcony wasn't clean, a lot of dust. the bathroom is small and a lot of ants.

−Pictures are not even close to be what we can except and far from being a 4 star hotel. Dirty room and sheets. Bad location and terrible building in terms of equipment. Price quality related 2 out of 10.

“Christmas Holyday it was great I came here to sport our Christian people”
+The hotel is in a good location it’s in Bethlehem center and on the road to Beit Sahor and Beit Jala. The workers are great.
−The hotel is great I know it’s not like other hotels abroad but with the Israeli occupation around these areas any thing they have and give is a blessing for us.

+Staff are very nice , they help a lot , breakfast was super nice and they bring whatever you ask for!! Rooms are huge and they gave us a room for three for free
