−Help with the sightseeing map, explaining city attractions and an extension of stay at the same price. Take photos with our phone & keeping our luggage after check-out for a few hours.

+I liked the location of the hotel as it was very convenient. The hotel is a stones throw away from the train station and tram station and there is parking 5 minutes away for those who drive.
−Couldn’t fault anything to be honest.

“Excellent choice for onward travel”
+Opposite Nottingham train station, which made finding it and planning other trips easy. Large room and powerful, easy-to-operate shower. Simple, hearty Continental breakfast served by friendly staff.
−Quite noisy late on due to the station and late-night revellers. Very cold room on first night until I figured out how to activate the heating, after which it was fine. No lift to rooms access.

+Great location and nearby parking that wasn’t expensive. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, I would stay again.

+Great location, opposite the railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.
−Be prepared for it to be a bit noisy outside intermittently throughout the night but obviously not the fault of the hotel.
