−The wifi is not working 😕 it work only 1 time we stayed 3days. The restaurant is pricey too.

−The paid breakfast for children I don’t think is necessary. For P475 pesos for a child age 6 that doesn’t even eat much is just not right. Outlets in the room isn’t functional, only one is usable.

−We were disappointed for the lack of transparency at the moment of the booking. It was written "breakfast included" but at the moment of confirmation it appeared that it wasn't included for one of our family members. We had only bath towels for two, even if we booked for three, and no hand towel in the room. For a four star is disappointing. The smell in the room was disagreeable.
