+Friendly staff, clean comfortable room with plenty of free parking. Rington's tea and coffee in our room with a selection of oat, soya and cow's milk. Biscuits and fruit were a nice touch.

“Perfect stay, good location, good food, good beer and very dog friendly.”
+The food was very good, we ate there for our evening meal and for breakfast, couldn’t fault either. The pub was very welcoming, very dog friendly, and it has a relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of beers. The room was very spacious, with a lovely big bathroom, when we stayed the weather was not good but the room was warm and the perfect spot to come back to after a dog walk.

“Excellent short stay in comfortable and welcoming hotel”
+Very comfortable room, comfortable bed and bedding, nice view over garden at the back of the hotel, decent size bathroom with bath/shower combo. Nice welcome pack for the dog, and fruit for humans. Nice bar downstairs for drinks pre-dinner, dogs are welcome in one (very cosy and comfortable) area of the restaurant, very good food and decent choices both for dinner and at breakfast. Wark is a village on the River North Tyne, so a pleasant walk into the centre of the village and along the river.
−Nothing from our point of view - the stairs might be a bit difficult for anyone with limited mobility.

+Breakfast was outstanding, very comfortable bed, staff really helpful and welcoming. Dark skies observatory was a very special touch.
