“Sorry but won't be staying here again.”
+We didn't have to take all our luggage up any stairs.
−That it was on a very busy intersection that had cars and noisy trucks driving past all the night. That we could hear every time neighbours flushed their toilet and that the room was too small to be comfortably used as was the bathroom. We also didn't appreciate or think it was necessary for housekeeping to knock once then open the door before I had time to reach it, only to see if we were still there! Surely housekeeping can wait till we check out and wouldn't it be more appropriate to check with reception to find out which rooms are empty?
