“Deception”
−I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay. The overall service was far below expectations, and I found it to be quite horrible. What was even more frustrating is that after I had already arranged with the hotel to change the booked dates without any additional fees, I was later informed that I would be charged fees for the modification. This inconsistency and lack of clear communication left me feeling frustrated and misled. I had hoped for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, this situation has been disappointing. I hope the hotel can take these concerns seriously and work towards improving its service and customer relations. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

“ACAB”
+Nestled atop of a hill overlooking Dakhla, it feels like a fortress of the Foreign Legion in the desert. Contact the owner well before arriving. If not with a pre-arranged group, the place can feel deserted. Once there, food delivery can be arranged and is delicious.
−Police in New Valley region is a total nuisance. They are a worse plague than flies. All in all don't bother visiting the oases, industrialisation has turned them into an ugly shithole and police won't let you alone for a single minute.
