“Wouldn’t stay again”
+The beds were comfortable
−⭐️ 1/5 - Would not stay here again There were a couple of positives , the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly when I arrived. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. One of the biggest issues was the communication. I was not aware of the surcharge that would be charged to my Mastercard, and when I tried to get clarification, it took an extremely long time to receive a response. This made an already frustrating situation even more difficult. I was also very uncomfortable with being asked to send a photo of my bank card when checking in after hours. I understand that a security bond is required, but I don’t think guests should be expected to photograph and send their bank card details simply because they are arriving outside of reception hours. I was eventually able to pay the bond the following day, but I still found the original request completely unreasonable. The amount of rules and restrictions was honestly excessive. There were two full pages of rules, with things such as a $200 charge for a noise complaint, a $50 charge for losing the remote, and restrictions on having guests after 5pm. We were told that if guests stayed after 5pm, security co
