“The stay was good”
+The warm pools were great for the kids, we enjoyed a lot

“It was great! The multiple pools make the pool areas feel less clustered”
+The resort is conveniently placed and easily navigable using GPS. The restaurant served fresh food with great service. We enjoyed the fact that we could get ice-cream and slushies on location, and our favourite part was definitely the heated pool.
−Prior communication regarding the cleaning schedule would have helped us avoid rushing out of the room when the cleaning staff arrived on our first morning.

+The place is well maintained, family friendly and accommodates children and adults. Its peaceful, noise level is perfect and you enjoy a bit of a nature. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.
−As a visitor, I felt the resort could do more to promote diversity and inclusivity. Most communication materials were in Afrikaans, and the visitor demographic appeared overwhelmingly from one racial group. This made me feel less represented and welcomed than I had expected in South Africa's diverse society.

“Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do!!”
+Plenty jungle gyms for the children all around the resort and children were able to play at the pool area as well as outside our villa!! Huge bonus with the heated indoor pool especially during winter months. Separate games area for older children with pool tables and other games. Kiosk is open throughout the day and perfectly located - Chip ‘n dip was definitely a bonus and great addition!!
−The restaurant can be upgraded a bit to a more modern style. The food was delicious, but the overall look is a bit dated.
+The resort was spotless. The staff were always friendly if I needed directions or anything else. The inside pool is really warm. Nice for sore bones. Not too far from Hartebeespoort or Rustenburg. Tent house was well supplied with cutlery and utensils.

“4-days of "Glamping"”
+Booked a tent house..not a good option..very poor lighting..very cold at night..inconvenient to keep unzipping the kitchen..the house was not well cleaned when the maid came.. Restaurant is so slow with service..it was shocking!! The shop is so poorly stocked..no salad ingredients..no freshly baked goods .no salads!! The pool only has an amazing vibe on a Saturday.. nothing happens on a Sunday!!

−The Rooms could do with an upgrade, especially the bathrooms but overall clean and well maintained.

“Very nice stay in a wonderful resort. Highly recommend families and solo travellers.”
+Fabulous set up with multiple options available. The resort has everything. Very comfortable and relaxing. The area has high security and fully fenced so no need to worry about any possible issues. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Very nice resort and i recommend to anyone.
−Fully self contained means not even a coffee or tea.. On your own..
