“We were very satisfied with our stay, and the breakfast was excellent.”
+The hotel met all our expectations, and we had a pleasant overnight stay. It is located in a lovely area and offers free parking. Although the parking space is a bit tight, the fact that it is free is a nice bonus. The hotel facilities were perfectly fine, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The room was comfortable and met our needs.
−The reception service could have been more organised and efficient. During check-in, staff members switched roles without explanation, making the process somewhat confusing. At one point, another guest interrupted while we were being assisted, and the receptionist attended to her request despite another staff member being available. While this was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay, I believe guests should be served in a fair and orderly manner without having to compete for attention. Better coordination at reception would certainly improve the overall experience.

+Reserve este hotel por una emergencia médica, fueron muy empáticos con la situación, muy atentos y realmente el espacio, la habitación y todo fue muy bueno.
−La comida en la noche solo es bufet, no hay posibilidad de pedir platos, creo que mas por un tema de poco personal. Pero insisto, es un gran lugar.
