“Charming spot and very affordable”
+The restaurant was fantastic. Lots of charm
−Bedroom was kind of small and no power outlets on both sides of bed . Felt like someone should be present at front desk all the time without needing to pick up phone to call

“Roof over our head for the night.”
+Staff were very friendly. Easy to get to the room. Hotel felt secure. Place was clean and rooms were adequately stocked. Has a stove, full size fridge, full size sink, microwave and so on. Would be good for longer stays as far as that aspect goes. Right inside town, walking distance to many area attractions. Restaurant located inside.
−Mattress was very very firm, felt like we slept on a rock. Place was very stuffy, couldn't get the right temperature in the rooms, wouldn't cool down. No vent fan in bathroom. TV located right in walkway in the bedroom area, so I ended up hitting my head multiple times during the night walking around the small bedroom. Located right next to highway(sidewalk away), so the semi's with jake brakes and other loud vehicles woke you up at all hours of the night while turning and reving on gas etc etc. The vending machines only tool dollar bills and quarters to prevent jamming and leaving unoperable, but dispersed nickels back($0.75 per item), so ended up with a pocket full of nickels we couldn't use there. Breakfast poorly stocked, waffle machine wasn't working.

+The antique atmosphere. Love the tile ceiling and all the wood.
−Window would not close. Sink was plugged. Water stains on all fixtures in the bathroom. Dust in rug around furniture.
“Historic spot to stay on the way to Sturgis.”
+Great location on our route to Rapid City. Bonfire Grill was great!
−Room was the same one we stayed in last year. AC was not working. Room is extremely dated. Breakfast very poor.
+Quant little town. Friendly service, clean.

“Love the Arrow Hotel and The Bonfire Grill!”
+This was our 4th time staying at the Arrow. We love it! The rooms are beautiful and clean, however, most people will never stay there as Broken Bow Nebraska is not exactly a tourist destination. We try to arrange our route to stay there on our cross country drives. The Bonfire restaurant, located in the historic part of the hotel, has amazing food

“The property was lacking, the staff did try to fix the situation but didn’t, and then Booking.com was totally unhelpful”
+Location and ambiance of the restaurant. We did not eat there this time. We have stayed there before and the breakfast was outstanding. Can’t comment on how it is now.
−When we got to our room the temperature was 77 in the living area and 75 in the sleeping area. The living area air conditioner was blowing warm air. I talked to the staff and they said they bled the air out of the system and it should eventually cool down. They also brought in a cheap box fan. After three hours there was no change. It was stuffy and uncomfortable. When we tried to take a shower the faucet seemed to be stuck and I was afraid I was going to pull it out of the wall. They did get that resolved but then said the ac could take an eternity to start working. This was unacceptable. It was bad enough the furniture was tired and sagging and the room was past its prime. When we told them the room was not acceptable they said they couldn’t switch us to a different room because we booked through Booking.com. We then decided to cut our losses and go to a different hotel and I honestly figured we would get our most of our money back. Once we were cleared out and I was returning our keys they told us we would have to contact Booking.com to get a refund. I spent an hour at our new place trying to get in contact with some of the 24/7 help advertised on your website but there was no e
“The staff is friendly and would definitely stay there again. The town was very nice. The hotel also had a restaurant and”
+Very historic. If you sleep hot then the East building is the best. It has better ac than the west building. They also offer a parking garage.
−Slept hot in the West building had to change to the East building. Took a while to get checked in on our return stay. After half an hour we found out we had to cancel our booking in order to get a new date for our stay. Then the lady gave us the wrong room key so had to swap it out.

“I wish I could bottle it up and make it appear in places we stay at regularly.”
+The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. So often we go to hotels where it feels like everything is cheap and 20 years old and in this historic building I was very happily surprised. Good value for the money, clean, and delicious breakfast.
