“Paris is beautiful”
+Location 5 - 10 minutes walk to Arc De Triomphe also numerous restaurants and cafes within same time frame. For us Hop on Hop off bus stops at Arc so that fitted perfectly for our 3 day stay. Staff were super helpful organising a lower floor room for us and getting luggage into room. Rooms are a good size for Europe. Thank you to Anastasia (on duty Sunday) who was very friendly and helpful plus the man (i didn't ask his name) who was on duty on the Saturday night, he organised and helped us into our room.
−Unfortunately lift was broken and could not use for first 2 days (weekend) but was fixed on day three. Lift is very small.

“A real comfortable stay”
+The location… 5 min walk from the champ elysees, the good size of the room and the staff in reception especially the nice tunisian guy ( Yousry)… very helpful , they deliver too .. daily coffee and snacks for free next to the reception

+This is small and cosy hotel. First of all the all staff is very friendly, like family mambers, they help us a lot. In reseption there are always some cookies, croissants, coffee/tea/ juice for free. The location is perfect.

+We loved how convenient the location was. Super close to the Arc de Triomphe and transit (example: the RER to Disneyland). The receptionists were always very helpful and friendly. The elevator was great as we were a family of 4 with 2 little kids.
