+The beds, refrigerator with freezer, constant fan mode on the a/c.
−Not enough coffee in the room & no luggage rack.

“It's exactly what I expected for the price.”
+I chose it for the price, which is the lowest in the area, so I wasn't expecting much. The room was clean, the fridge and microwave worked. That's good enough for me.
−The wifi was pretty weak, but again, for the price I paid, I'm not surprised.

+It is not a place I will NEVER GO BACK! It was absolutely disgusting! The pictures you see online must be the room the owner lives in!
−Pool was green and nasty! The rooms were not like the photos! I booked through booking and they worked hard to get me out but I had to pay for 1 night of the 3 I had reserved!
+Good location, room was clean, check in was easy..
−The toilet and shower did not drain very good, each time I flushed prayed and waited

+Ease of access to the freeware and surrounding areas for food and other items. Rooms were older but WELL maintained and clean. Wifi worked flawless and TV service did not disappoint.
−Parking was a little cramped but not a problem.
+Thank you for a great stay. AC was awesome. I loved this place. Not many places still have smoking so thank you.

+Bed was fairly comfortable.
−Overwhelmed with the smell of bleach!! Saw several roaches during my stay. interstate-20 noise was annoying. Other than the above mentioned issues it wasn’t a bad experience for the price.
