“Convenient hotel but expensive for the quality. Dated rooms and decor and visible areas require main”
+The location was good for getting into town and to the hospital which was the main reason for staying.
−The room we checked into had curtains hanging off that didn’t close. We were relocated to another room on the same floor. The hotel generally could do with some maintenance.

+Good location pre Heathrow flight. Free parking. Despite initial concern turned out to be all OK
−A bit run down. Not sure how often it occurs but passed out person in corridor on way to room after check in was a bit off putting

−The facilities,for instance, the dry sauna,leave much to be desired: it is quite dirty, the entrance door does not close properly, and the temperature never exceeded 60°C,in short, it is ineffective.

“Ok for a few days.”
+Very comfortable bed with powerful shower over bath.
−Dated furniture in room. Shower curtain in bath (personal dislike of mine). No breakfast included with price of stay which was disappointing.

+Front of house staff were friendly and professional. Bedroom was clean and well proportioned. We had a good overall experience.
−The breakfast was pretty average - there were no bowls or serving spoons. It was pretty shoddily done. We had to wait for half of the food to turn up.

“Only good thing polite staff”
+Most of staff very polite.
−The steam room looks and feels very dirty,also not really a steam room my glasses never even misted over.cracked tiles. Didn't stay long felt dirty.steam room was the same dirty not hot door didn't shut properly. The pool was ok .in all this spoilt our stay.
