+The staff were more than friendly and always able to assist with a smile! They are such amazing people and I am sad to leave! Love the animals and the food was also delicious! Beautiful pool and lounge area. This resort calms your soul!

+Love everything about this place. We lived in the tree house and this was one of a kind experience. Monkeys on the tree house porch was a daily occurrence :). The facilities were clean and beautiful. The stuff was very nice and always helpful. Could not think of a better stay.

+Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, comme toute la nourriture du restaurant
−L'hôtel offre certes un environnement de sérénité et de calme incroyable mais reste éloigné du centre urbain. Ne convient pas si l'on veut sortir. a moins d'être en famille, ou de ... prévoir un peu de travail de concentration même en vacances, on finirait par vite s'ennuyer

“I didn’t enjoy my stay”
+The rooms were clean and the house keeping very nice the breakfast was good
−A lot was disappointing, there was no hot water in the room kept the water running but didn’t get warm… I kept calling reception for more then an hour and they did not answer plus the time was around 6:30 pm which is very early kitchen did not answer calls too …. I also had lunch there and do not recommend needs much more improvement… another thing I didn’t like was that they gave me the furthest room from the facilities so was a bit of a walk while there were many empty rooms closer

+Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre au top et la piscine est vraiment le + de cet hôtel. C’est un bel hôtel !
−L’hôtel est assez mal situé. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire en dehors à pied. Il faut prendre un taxi pour se rendre sur les lieux intéressants. La cuisine était correcte pas exceptionnelle mais surtout le temps d’attente était extrêmement long… Pourtant nous n’étions que 2-3 couples chaque soir.

−No tv in rooms Ramp essential for old and disability people. Ramp to enter the dining area from the road as there are too many steps.
