+- polite staff - well kept rooms - very peaceful, calm ambience. Good for a traditional nature getaway - nice home style food, traditional kerala cuisine
−- road leading up to the resort was muddy in the rain and our wheels spun l. We needed help to push it and it wasn't a great start to our holiday - some small things could have been improved like providing a point of contact and the wifi password without us having to ask for it, also some remotes for AC/ TVs were missing or needed batteries to be replaced.

+The staff showed a truly caring and supportive attitude, making guests feel valued and understood. The property also boasts a stunning landscape that enhances the overall experience.
−The property is not very clean and contains several broken components. The electrical system is unreliable; power frequently outages but usually restores quickly, which is disruptive. One particularly severe incident occurred during the night when there was a complete power blackout for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, during this time, my wife was using the toilet, and she became very upset due to the complete darkness.

+The property is incredibly beautiful and the staff is so nice. They showed us their cardamom plantations and the visit was very interesting .
−The access is a steep unpaved path, which can damage the vehicles

Schlechte Zufahrt.
